Indoor orchid

Received a plant in Aug. that was in full bloom, about 13 blossoms. It still has 10 but they are looking tired. Very pale and some wilting of the blossoms. Should I leave it alone or remove the blossoms? Also, what can I do to encourage plant to bloom again? Is it ok to wash leaves? Becoming very dusty. It’s in a 6-inch pot. Should I repot? Thank you for your help.

Yes, you can prune the orchid when the flowers have faded.
Always use clean and sterile tools when working with your orchid.
Your plant will go through a dormancy and the articles below will help you.
