indoor jade plant

Jade Plant: It is watered as you instructed. It is about three years old. Very green, but now losing leaves. Also extending over the pot as in a hanging plant.

Should I be hanging this plant in an appropriate pot for that?

This does sound like a watering issue, but could also be due to not enough sunlight.
