The brown tips on the leaves usually indicate low humidity. To increase the humidity, set the pot on a tray of pebbles with about 1/4 inch of water in the tray. The water should not touch the bottom of the container or the water may be absorbed up into the root area, causing root rot. The evaporating water will increase the humidity around the plant.
The white spots look like a pest residue, so spraying the leaves with Neem oil should help. The dark spots could be sooty mold growing from pest honeydew. Once the pest is cleared up, the mold should disappear. (Sooty mold can be rubbed off. If it doesn't, then it isn't sooty mold and could be from insect feeding or a fungal issue.)
Make sure you are providing as much as sun as possible, citrus fertilizer during the summer, and water when the soil dries. These articles should help:
