Indoor Ficus with yellow spots

I have had this ficus for about 20 years. All of a sudden all of the leaves now have these yellow and brown spots. Any ideas what this is and how to fix this?

This type of leaf damage can be caused by a few different insects.
I would treat the plant with Neem Oil, this will treat the insects and is safe for people and pets.
Here is some links for you.
