in ground fucshia bush

We are having some landscaping done and they had to move my blooming fuchsia bush, now it is dead. What do I do to ensure it will come back next year? I am guess it is in shock and will not come back this year.

I’m sorry to hear that. This can be a bit of a task to bring back. I recommend putting down some dolomitic lime around the area, and keeping the area moist. Not wet, or dry, but somewhere in between. Keep and eye on it, and do the best you can. If there is any green left on it, then it might be worth your time to take a few cuttings from it, and get them to root.
