impatiens

Is it normal for an impatiens flower to be growing and blooming outside now? I live in Wheeling, WV?

Impatiens can be grown as perennials in zones 10-11.
If you had plants that reseeded themselves and were in a sheltered area, it’s possible for them to began growing.
