Q.I’m Looking For Advice On Growing Pole Beans Next To Okra
I have a fence that runs roughly east to west. I thought that I may be able to plant pole beans on the south side, using stakes for support, then plant okra on the north side of the fence. Would my okra get enough sun with this orientation? Also, the okra would need to be planted in containers, while the beans would be in a raised bed.

It doesn't sound like the okra would get enough sun. It will be facing north as well as getting shade from the pole beans. If the okra is in containers, they could be moved to a sunnier area. They shouldn't need to climb.
