Large Roots on My BOP Plant Are Black and Have Holes

Should I remove the roots of my BOP plant that have holes in them? The new roots look fine but 2 of the older, larger ones appear to be dying off.

Yes, you should remove these and check carefully for rot development or pests. You can also perform some root pruning. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/hpgen/prune-roots.htm
