Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHi I was walking along the sea shore yesterday and saw some amazing non-flowering bushes. The leaves look just like small maple leaves in shape. They are a beautiful leathery green on top and brilliant white underneath.. Also all the stems were brilliant white.
Do you know the name of this bush?
Thank you.

The closest I could find to that description is the Gray Birch (Betula populifolia) tree. If it was young and had multiple stems it may have looked like a shrub.
