Q.I’d Like To Know Why My Pepper Leaves Are Growing Deformed

I transplanted some sweet pepper plants and I’ve noticed that the new leaves are growing deformed.

Has an herbicide been sprayed nearby? It could be a virus, environmental problem, too much fertilizer, insects, or disease. Check the leaves carefully for pests. These articles should help:
