Q.I would like to know, if my celery became frozen in my fridge, can I still plant the bottom of this celery?

My refrigerator works so well that it froze the bottom of my celery. I’m asking if I could let it thaw out and still plant the bottom of it

If it was entirely frozen it would not likely survive to root.
You would be best starting over rooting a fresh celery root end.
