I would like to know, if my celery became frozen in my fridge, can I still plant the bottom of this celery?
My refrigerator works so well that it froze the bottom of my celery. I'm asking if I could let it thaw out and still plant the bottom of it My email is email@example.com

If it was entirely frozen it would not likely survive to root.
You would be best starting over rooting a fresh celery root end.
