You need to keep them watered well from now until they go dormant for the winter. I would get a two gallon watering can and also buy a product called Super Thrive and some root stimulator. Water each of the rosebushes with about a gallon of the super thrive and root stimulator at least three times when they need watering. This should give them the best possible chance of coming back to their beauty.
