I Was Going To Lay Turf On My Garden As I’ve Just Took Up All The Purple Slate That Was On It , But I’ve Been Met By What Looks

to be a drainage pit ! How do I overcome this for my turf ? Will my turf sink if I dig so much out and put topsoil on top of it ??
