Q.best time to plant rose seeds
I wanted to ask when will it be the best time to plant rose seeds? I live in Arizona.I would like to start to grow roses from seeds. I have grown from bare root. But now I want to see if I can grow roses from seeds.

I sincerely hope you did not buy rose seeds expecting to get the rose pictured. The rose pictured is a photo shop creation and there are folks out there selling "rose seeds" that may not even actually be rose seeds.
