attract earthworms to soil

I want to attract earthworms from soil I intend to use for seeds. I want to return them to the compost bin they came from.

You can get the worms to move from one area to another, but it will take awhile. This article has some information you might be able to use: http://whatcom.wsu.edu/ag/compost/easywormbin.htm ^[1]
My thought is that you could also use a seed starting medium that doesn’t incorporate your compost, then transplant you seedling to the composted soil later.
