I Want A Climber That Is Not An Ivy But Also Does Not Flower

Question

I would like to have some screening between ourselves and next door around the seating area. Its a smallish area and so best not to attract wasps and bees. Also don’t want ivy as its too invasive for my neighbour. Can you recommend anything that we can grow in a space about 3.6 metres long and 0.33 mts wide (it can grow wider but that is just the size of the bed next to the fence). Thank you Eve

It is going to be very difficult to find a plant that is going to fit exact specifications, but I could recommend using Virginia Creeper in this application.
