replanting tulips

Question

I took tulips out of the ground and forgot to replant them. It has been a year probably when they came to my attention. They were stored in an open plastic container in my garage. This is southern Ohio. Are they re-plantable?

Yes there is still hope as long as the bulb is still hard.
