This can be a little tricky! The BEST way to accomplish this will be with plants that take up nitrogen, quickly. Since it is approaching winter, this may not be feasible. You can still try cold weather plants, but being this late in the year, you may have to turn to mulch.

Fresh, and died mulches can remove excess nitrogen from soil, as well. This can be a temporary thing that you can do to remove nitrogen from the spot. Once the growing season comes back around, you can plant high nitrogen plants like squash in the area.
