Q.I Saw Two Different Methods Of Applying Lime. One Said To Water Before And After, The Other Said After Only. Which Is Correct?

I just want to know which is the correct method.

A bit of research on this question says that both are correct. It's fine to let your soil/grass be a bit wet before adding lime, but you'll need to water it a bit again to get it to absorb into the soil. If you're expecting heavy rains, it might be good to wait, and don't spread it during times of heavy frost. If you're adding it to plain soil, dig it in a bit before watering.
