Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWill they come back? Is there anything I should be doing for it? I have it in a south window. Unfortunately, in Northern Ohio it is cloudy most days. When I got it, it was covered with flower buds. They all dropped off before opening.

Most plants will drop leaves in reaction to a change in location. Also, the heater draft is a no-no. You need to move the plant further from the heater vent or to a window without a heating vent.
Here are the basic care instructions for Meyer lemon. Be sure to follow these and your leaves should return after the plant adjusts to its new surroundings. Be careful not to overwater as that can cause leaf drop too. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. And withhold fertilizer in the winter.
