I put too much fertilizer

Hi i have questions
My palm tree leafs were yellow and not fresh so i put the vigoro palm tree fertilizer but i put it too much and close the the trunk. The next day it look like dying
What can i do to make it better ?

The only thing you can do here is flush the soil out with plenty of water. Citric acid can help flush it out as well, but make sure to use plenty of plain water after. This will get all of the citric acid out.
