bird netting over tomato plants

I put bird netting over my garden. Would this be the reason I have beautiful tomato foliage and no tomatoes? I live in Apple Valley, CA. I water every 2 days like clock work. I have 3 little tomato plants that are about a foot high producing tomatoes but none of my big plants. I don’t even see blooms. I covered the top with bird netting, and they still get plenty of light.

If the bees can’t get to your plant or the wind is restricted they cannot pollinate.

Also to much Nitrogen in the soil will cause lack of flowers and fruit.

The Nitrogen issue can be corrected with an addition of Phosphorous, Bone Meal is a great way to do this.
