Q.I Pruned My Oakleaf Hydrangeas Back Last Fall Because They Were Huge And They Haven’t Bloomed. What Can I Do To Fix Them So They
‘ll bloom next year and how and when do I keep them pruned/ They were about 6 feet tall and I trimmed them back to about 3 feet. They’re now 5 feet tall with no blooms.

Oakleaf hydrangeas bloom on "old wood," which means the flower buds are formed on the previous year's growth. So when you pruned them last fall, all the flowers buds were cut off. The best time to prune is soon after flowering, and then only to shape the shrub. They don't need a lot of pruning. They should bloom next year. Here is more:
