pumpkin plants

I planted baby pumpkin seeds 3 months ago. Now it looks like my plant is dying. Looks like a lot of pollen or mold on the leaves.

This is likely Powdery Mildew.
It can be controlled with fungicides. Neem Oil is a good treatment.
It works as both an insecticide and fungicide.
