Q.I planted a madagascar jasmine & it has grown,however no flowers yet.How can I help it to flower?
I have it growing on the east side around the lampost

Most likely, there is too much nitrogen in the soil. This can happen with, either, feeding it with a high nitrogen fertilizer too close to flowering, or having slow release nitrogen in the soil.
You can offset this by adding phosphorus and potassium to the soil, usually.
