Q.

I planted a Dynamite Crape Myrtle in March

In July, the wind broke the entire top out down to only the trunk. It branched out and bloomed. The wind has again broken several of the branches. What to do?

Here is a link with pruning information.
You can try to prune the damaged tree to a shape that is more pleasing.
Sometimes you do have to remember that a loss in the garden makes for new planting opportunities.
