I Need To Re-locate A Grapevine To New Location

Question

I dug up A long set of roots and a section of my father’s old grape vine from 70 years ago and planted It in October 2020 in Pittsburgh Pa region. I miss calculated the exposure of the sun. Currently this new grape vine get less than 3 hours of direct sun per day and no sun on cloudy days. It is now May 2020 with one small bloom coming up. Can I relocate the grape vine to better and sunny location now? Or should I wait tell October ? I am worry I will lose it! Please advise.
