what kind of plant

I need to know exactly what kind of plant is pictured on your Hanging Succulents Plants page. Please I cannot figure out what this plant is. It’s similar to String of Pearls but not quite.

Ceropegia Woodii also know as String of Hearts or Rosary Vine.
