Q.I Need Help With My Cherry Tree

My cherry tree developed some mushrooms and light green spots . Couple of limbs died. Its a 12 year old tree – is there anything I can do to save it from dying . Please help

I don't see any signs of mushrooms, but I do see the green lichens. They are harmless, though.

The dieback is probably due to another non-fruiting fungus, algae, or bacteria.

This seems to be, likely, Phytopthora root rot from what I see. Here is an article that will help:
