I need help identifying disease on my plants.

Question

I have a moonflower vine and a Jalepeno plant with the problem shown in the photo. I recently had a huge problem with aphids (hopefully I’ve taken care of those). I would love it if you could help identify this problem.
The second photo is of what is left of my stock plants. Do you detect disease or other problem? They get full (Texas) sun in the morning.

It looks like damage from the aphids. This will recover with time. I would keep dolomitic lime handy, as this is very helpful for a recovering plant.
