Q.I Need Assistance Identifying What Is Wrong With My Foxtail Palm Tree

Since about 2 months ago, my foxtail palm tree started to show signs of what seems to be a disease. The fronds have been getting dry and wilt, starting from the trunk, towards the tip. The tree is 4 years old only.
