Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI need to find a short, year long, perennial, blue flower. I don’t know if such a thing exists, but if so, I need to know a name.
P.S. It is supposed to look like water, without being real water, so if there was a plant like baby’s tears, but it was blue, it would be perfect. Thank you.

Blue Star Creeper and Periwinkle are two options.
