This depends on the concentration that you used. This is very concentrated, and systemic, so it will be taken up into any plants that were exposed. This will include any escaped water that makes it out of the contained area.

I would contact your local council with help with this particular situation. It could have some very bad, unintended consequences, should other gardens in the area have been exposed. This could be, especially, concerning with plants that are intended to be consumed from, should they be exposed.
