Foxtail palms should do well in USDA Plant Hardiness Zone 11 with good soil and water management.
But Homoassa Florida is not Zone 11, but Zone 9a (down to 20F possible) which is too cold for foxtail palm.
How about coconut palm or ponytail palm?
