You are in zone 7 so they should be fine. True lily bulbs are very hardy, many to USDA zone 4. I would mulch the top of the container, though. And for extra protection, you could move the container closer to the house or out of the wind (if you can move the large container).

If you are referring to tender lilies like canna lilies or calla lilies they are borderline hardy in your area and should be dug up and stored over winter or the pot moved to a place in a garage or basement that doesn't freeze.
