This appears to be Nephrolepis cordifolia ‘duffii’, or the Lemon Button Fern.

I believe it is a necklace fern (A. flabellifolium0, which is native to Austraila. It looks great in a pot or hanging basket or grown in a woodland garden outside. It needs well drained soil and some sun. Here is more information:
