Q.I Live In NJ And Have Dahlias That Is Stored In A Box In Winter. I Removed Them And Planted In Pots In Late Feb Inside The House.
Now i see many shoots. Can i split the tubers now? i was scared to do that before because i wasnt sure where the eyes were etc..

it's fine to split the tubers now and put them into the ground. Just make sure to cut away any parts of the tubers that don't look healthy, and leave at least one eye on each segment. Here's an article:
