Q.I Just Transplanted My Wax Flower N Now It Looks All Brown N The Branches Break Off Easily? Is It Completely Dead Or Can I Save It

That doesn't sound good, but you can try giving it a light fertilizer, and trimming the ends to see if that encourages any new growth from the roots.

Transplanting shouldn't have hurt it, but most hoyas appreciate being rootbound to bloom.
