Q.Endless Summer hydrangea

Zone 4 | ddavis added on June 22, 2015 | Answered

I just got a hydrangea bush. I need to know how tall and wide it will grow. It’s the endless summer type. I live in Maine (zone 4). Not sure if I should plant it in one of my flowerbeds, or create a spot in the lawn. We have clay soil.

Endless Summer is hardy down to zone 4. I would mention that I also garden in zone 4 and was not able to winter mine over successfully.
The Nikko Blue variety is a more stem hardy variety and may preform better in your garden.
Endless Summer plant will mature to 3 - 5 feet width and height.

You may want to condition and amend the clay soil prior to planting.
