I have two pygmy palms. Each have three trunks. Will it stay that way or be invasive?

Also is the root system shallow or deep, considering irregation PVC lines?

They will not usually become invasive in your area. In fact, it will more than likely need extra protection in the winter. Especially when the temperatures dip below 30. They are not hardy down passed this until they are much older.
