The chances that you have trees that have, both, male and female flowers is extraordinarily high. In most cases, each tree will have both sexes present. In very rare cases, a tree will be one or the other, but the chance that both are the same sex, and only one sex, will be near impossible.
That means that the only thing stopping fruit production will be climate. These trees like it dry. Very dry. Likely, they will only produce when the climate is just right, unfortunately.
