I Have Something Growing in the Soil of My Hibiscus

I have two Hibiscus plants growing on my back patio and today I noticed some yellow clusters of something growing in each of the pots. Just wondering what this could be. I would be happy to provide pictures if necessary. They are hard to explain.

It is likely fungus growth, like mushrooms. Mushroom growth is a good sign that your plant’s soil has too much moisture. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/hpgen/getting-rid-of-mushrooms-growing-in-houseplant-soil.htm [1]
