I have some odd looking grayish white egg looking things in patches around my st Augustine yard. What are they?

I had the lawn sprayed for chinch bugs and other invaders about a month ago. This morning, I noticed these grayish patches with whitish egg looking things on the blades of the grass. I live on a saltwater canal. I’m attaching pictures of these things. Need to know if it’s something that will damage my lawn.
Thanks,
Ted

This is a type of grass rust! There are many types, and they can all look very different, but they are all a very similar fungal infection with identical cures.
