Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have several Trumpet jade plants and some are getting spongy. Am I watering too much, which has been about once a week or less, not until the bonsai soil is thoroughly dry.

You may be watering too much, as jade plants require very little moisture during the winter months. If this is the case, you may need to repot the plant into a container with fresh, well-drained potting mix. Be sure the pot has a drainage hole.
Lack of light may also be a factor.
