i have several Fushia shrubs in my garden, they have been fine for the last 6 to 10 years, but this year the leaves have been badl

y affected by something the leafs have turned wrinkly and some stunted growth. Could someone please advise what the problem is and do I need to dig them all up. So what do i do, remove all the plants, 40 of them and start again.

This could be Aphids or another sucking pest.
Treat the plants with Neem Oil.
