Q.I Have Pumpkin Seeds And Am Wondering Is It Time To Plant Them In Soil Now ?
I took seed and left in a sealed container now white stems have grown on the seed so does this mean it’s ready to plant in soil?

There must have been warmth and moisture available for them to grow roots. Ideally, seeds are dry and kept in a cool location. Pumpkins are warm season fruits and won't tolerate a frost or freeze, so they should not be planted outdoors now. Here is info on growing pumpkins from seed:
