all the sudden turned yellow and drooping and I\’m not sure why. The soil ph is about 6. I have not fertilized this year and have mulched around the tree. All the others seem to be green and not drooping. Can someone please tell me why?

This sounds like it could be the luck of the draw if the issue isn't spreading. It might be that they will need to be replaced with a healthier specimen.
However, if the issue spreads, then you might want to consider chemical control.
