I Have Pink Spots On My Citronella Geranium. Is That A Bug Or A Fungus?

There are small pink spots on the leaves. Is that leaf spot or something else? Some other flowers seem to have a bigger versions of the problem.

This looks like the start of a fungal/bacterial issue. Make sure that the top of the soil has a chance to dry out, very thoroughly, down to about an inch or so between watering.

I would make sure to treat with a fungicide, as well.
