Q.I Have One Tomato Plant Out Of 22, ,different Varieties,that Has Grown Tall With Numerous Blooms BUT Will Not Produce Fruit ??? I
will not develop into fruit ??? I tried self`pollinating —watering more—watering less , what could be the problem ??? Plant and has grown about 8 feet tall and appears to be very healthy ???

If all conditions are the same with all plants, then I would suppose that it is the luck of the draw.
A bad set of genetics can happen, and isn't all that uncommon. There will be nothing that you can do in this case, unfortunately.
