rose bush has light green stalks with deformed roses

I have one rose bush in my garden that has light green stalks with deformed roses on them. How do I get rid of them? There are normal light brown stocks with bight green leaves and beautiful roses and then several lighter green stocks are growing in and around the healthier stocks that grown real fast. They are much taller than the regular stocks. Very unattractive.

Prune out the wild light green canes as they are likely diseased or are actually coming up from the hardy root stock that is below the upper desired rose. Check out this article on grafted roses too: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/own-root-roses-grafted-roses.htm [1]
